Dr. Azie Dhingra is an orthodontist practicing in Springfield, Bellefontaine and Beavercreek (including the Dayton area). Education
Dr. Azie graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and was Chief Resident in Orthodontics at Case Western Reserve University. Serving as Chief Resident was a reflection of both his leadership and clinical expertise. Beyond standard education, he has formal training in Invisalign® and clear aligner therapy, laser re-contouring and cosmetic lateral buildups.

Dr. Azie’s approach to patient care is guided by empathy and open communication. He treats every patient like a member of his own family, striving to make them feel comfortable, informed and confident in their treatment journey. His philosophy is rooted in being as thorough as possible while always putting the patient’s needs first.
Why Orthodontics?
Orthodontics has been part of Dr. Dhingra’s life from the very beginning. He was born while his mother, Dr. Seema Dhingra, was in her orthodontic residency. From a young age, he felt a strong pull toward the profession. Though he explored other specialties in dental school to ensure he was choosing his path for the right reasons, orthodontics has always felt like home.
Outside the Office
Beyond practicing, Dr. Azie enjoys cooking and traveling with his wife. He’s an avid football fan and cheers on both the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cincinnati Bengals. When it comes to hobbies, he enjoys playing pickleball and ping pong. He also has a passion for dance and has spent over a decade performing with the Indian dance group First Class Bhangra, staying actively involved with the team to this day.
